Return & Exchange Policy:

At Hometown Traditions, each item is custom made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items due to incorrect size selection, spelling provided by customer, or general preferences.

We encourage you to review all sizing information and customization details carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your oder arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 5 day of delivery at shophometowntraditions@gmail.com with: 

-Your Order number                                                                                

-A description of the issue                                                                                                                -A clear photo of the item                                                                                                                Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. 

Customization Responsibility: 

Please ensure all customization details, including team name, mascot, and spelling are entered correctly for each product. Hometown Traditions is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If you believe you made an error, contact us at soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Production Timing: 

Because each item is made to order, production typically takes 7-10 business days before shipping. 

During peak season, production times may vary slightly due to demand. 

Order Cancellations: 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
